Your own database, your own storage, your own domain. There is no neighbor on the same server and no shared table to leak across. Your users, messages, media, and recordings live in one place that you can point to.

Choose the region where the deployment runs, or run it on servers you already own. Teams with strict residency rules keep everything on premises; everyone else gets the same system, hosted where they ask.
From one machine to a cluster
The whole system runs on a single machine, which is how we test it every day. The same system scales out to several servers when your organization grows, without changing how the app behaves.
Calls and media stay inside
The deployment includes its own relay for calls, so people behind strict corporate firewalls still connect, and its own object storage for shared media and meeting recordings. Call media is encrypted between the device and your deployment's infrastructure.
Configuration rendered, secrets in a vault
Every configuration value is rendered from committed per-environment config. Secrets are references into a key vault, so no secret ever sits in a file on a server. Development and production are independent; a change is proven on one before it reaches the other.
Updates without a store round trip
Fixes to the mobile app ship over the air, so a correction reaches your users the same day instead of waiting on a store review. Native changes still go through the stores. Everything else does not have to.
